VBS Validation - Next Salary Review Date

Summary:

We have a request to add a validation on the Next Salary Review Date if it is left blank in the Hire page.

We have configured this in VBS with "NextSalReviewDate" as the target field, however the warning appears on the Address section rather than in the Salary section.

Has anyone encountered this problem or a similar one? How are we able to point the target field to the correct location.
