Our business scenario involves regular (monthly) changes to FCCS metadata (e.g., Product, Account dimensions) and the need to periodically archive historical data into a Free Form application. We would like clarification on the following points:

  1. Metadata Updates in Archive:
    When metadata changes in FCCS, what is the recommended approach for maintaining historical integrity in the Free Form archive application? Should we update the archive’s metadata each time, or create a new archive app for every major change?
