I messed up iptables and can no longer ssh in to Ubuntu

I have a free cloud server. I never created another user account on that server.

I was trying to tighten my security and messed up what ports are allowed. When I remotely ssh, it times out.

When I attempt to ssh both remotely and cloud using OCI, it prompts for username and password.

ssh -o ProxyCommand='ssh -W %h:%p -p 443 ocid1.instanceconsoleconnection.oc1.us-chicago-1.<redacted>@instance -console.us-chicago-1.oci.oraclecloud.com' -N -L localhost:5900:ocid1.instance.oc1.us-chicago-1.<redacted>:5900 ocid1.instance.oc1.us-chicago-1.<redacted>

How do I get back on my server?

Howdy, Stranger!
