OTBI - Minimum Proficiency Level

Hello,

Please note, in our configuration, each competency in job profile has a minimum proficiency level. In OTBI Analysis, under the "Workforce Profiles - Model Profile Real-Time" Subject area, under Competencies, "Minimum Proficiency" field is present to pull the data from and I am able to view the values but if I combine that with any other field from any other subject area, it does not get populated.

I did raise SR twice with Oracle, but they suggested CCC for the above. Can someone please suggest any other way to view this field in OTBI analysis or combination of fields that would populate the fields?
