Resolve Unable to Create Member due to ORA-00001 Unique Constraint violation

An Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM Planning integration of project metadata is failing.

The integration error log indicates the problem is new Project dimension member P4052.

Error during integration and manual creation:

ORA-00001: unique constraint (EPMPRDSYDVM2409.UNQ_HSP_MEMBER_UUID) violated

The information I have been able to find suggested a number of solutions - which have also failed.

Tried:

• Manual creation in Dimension Editor → failed with “SQL operation failed.”
• Metadata import with update and delete operations → both failed.

Copilot claims that the reason project member P4052 does not appear in the Project dimension (with “All Cubes” selected) but is referenced in a subsequent successful integration, indicates an orphaned internal record.
