Pending Worker Conversion: Absence Plans Not Showing Unless Using Quick Convert

I just wanted to check if anyone has encountered this scenario:

When converting a Pending Worker, the Absence Plan section does not display any plans. However, if we use the Quick Convert option, the plans appear as expected. Has anyone seen this behavior before or experienced something similar? Any insights would be helpful.
