Cannot update or add new address on iPhone running iOS 26 (App & Browser)

Summary:

Trying to update contact address using iPhone 16 that is running iOS 26.3 - also tried with iOS 26.2 and the address fields are not displaying. Has anyone else encountered this?

When trying to add a new address or update the existing address that was entered on desktop, I cannot see any of the fields for the address. Works perfect on iPad and Desktop - also works perfectly on an older iPhone 11 running iOS 18.5. Also works perfect device running Android 16
