Physical percent complete is not displayed for parent tasks.

We are verifying whether completion rates can be calculated even when planned and actual values are set on different layers, as the layer where planned values are set may not be the lowest layer.

Task 1 has a planned value of Expenditure Type A set to 10,000. Task 1-1 has the actual cost of Expenditure Type A set to 1,500, and Task 1-2 has the actual cost of Expenditure Type B (unplanned cost) set to 1,500.

The expected outcome was for the physical percent complete to be calculated as 30% (3,000 actual cost against 10,000 planned cost). However, both Task 1-1 and 1-2 costs were recognized as unplanned costs and added to the EAC. Also, resulting in no completion percentage being calculated for the parent task.
