How to configure workflow to Review and Accept the supplier responses for qualification initiative

We have a business requirement in which the business launches a supplier qualification initiative to qualify suppliers based on the responses received to questions in the qualification areas. Currently, only the initiative owner can Review and Accept the supplier responses.

Is there a way to create a workflow in the system that sends supplier responses to multiple reviewers in a hierarchy, allowing them to review and accept responses relevant to their qualification area? Alternatively, can we add multiple users to receive notifications when a supplier submits responses, since currently only the initiative owner receives the notification.

Initiative has multiple qualification areas, and each qualification area has a separate owner. The responses for each qualification area need to be reviewed and accepted by the respective qualification owner; however, currently only the initiative owner can review and accept the entire initiative.
