Line Manager who also has Hiring manager can now see all user journeys since 2D

Line Manager can see Journeys for all employees not just their own direct reports when they have the Hiring Manager Role. It looks like the Hiring Manager Data role which has the Person and public security Profile – View all people, is overriding the Line Manager Role within the Journeys area
This has happened since 25D.

This behaviour was not seen on 25C and is now happening in 25D. This will constitute a data breach.

The Hiring Manger role uses a Journey to hire and create a requisition and allows the hiring manager to view any candidates using recruitment.
