Defaulting DFF with VBS

Summary:

We have a DFF under the Additional Info section that currently defaults its value based on the Business Unit selected in the very first section of the offer flow. At the moment, this defaulting is achieved using a SQL query configured in the context segment (screenshot attached).

Now, we would like to achieve the same defaulting behavior using VBS instead of SQL.

Is there any way to accommodate SQL-like logic within VBS, or is there a recommended workaround to default this DFF value using VBS? If anyone has implemented a similar solution or has insights on best practices here, I’d really appreciate your input.
