Does Process Recommendation Profiles replace the Recommend Learning job?

Summary:

We are looking at what automated recommendations we can set up in Learning. Does the newer Process Recommendation Profiles scheduled job relace the Recommend Learning job? The appear to do slightly different things, but we experience issues if we try and use both at the same time.

We started by running the Recommend Learning job. The recommendation tab appeared and displayed results for Popular with Others in Your Job and Topics Popular in my Role - which was what we expected. They also showed up as categories in Grow.
