Seeded notification to HR

Dear Expert,

I just wanted to check if there is any seeded notification in Core HR when a recruiter moves a candidate to HR. I hope there should be something available, otherwise how will HR be informed that a pending worker has come from the Recruiting module?

If there is no seeded notification, what would be the best custom solution for this?
