Need REST API / SOAP API details for Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) timecard approval/reject API

in HCM REST APIs

We have a scenario where certain timecards are Approved in legacy system and integrated to OTL. These timecards should be created and auto approved in OTL, We can configure BPM Transaction Control rules. But for SOX and audit compliance, these timecards should be dynamically approved based on "Approved By & Approval time" input received from the source legacy system.

Do we have any REST API/SOAP API to perform Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) timecard approval/reject API based on the input "Approved By & Approval time" received from the source legacy system.
