In preparation for the migration of the SCM applications to Redwood, I'm exploring to see if there is any potential possibility to extract a report of the Responsive UI pages/flows currently in use in our environment and the corresponding Redwood UI pages.

Is there any way to achieve this?

I'm aware about the spreadsheet listing the SCM Redwood Pages with Profile Options (KB153520), but what I'm looking for is a report to call out what SCM pages are in use in the environment + the equivalent Redwood profiles.
