Changes to ManagerDORReport not reflected in notification.

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM

I am having an issue customising the ManageDORReport template. I have saved a copy of both the report and data model into the custom folder, removed the fields I don't want to show from both.

I have also set the profile values for the below to but the changes still aren't reflected in either notification (bell or email). I waited 15 minutes as per the profile value but I also waited 24 hours just in case the profile option didn't take.

BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH_TIME = 15

BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH_TIME_HCM = 15

BIP_CLIENT_ENABLE = false

If I am missing something obvious please let me know.
