How to Create Detailed WO Costing Report?

I have a requirement to create a WO Costing report that captures similar info to the 'Review Work Order Costs' UI screen. The client also wants to see Work Definition/Work Execution details such as: component items required on WO, component items completed on WO, quantity required on WO, quantity completed on WO, associated costs of required WO items, associated costs of completed WO items.

I have attempted to solution this requirement via OTBI using the "Costing - Work Order Costs Real Time" subject area; however, I am only seeing costed items pulled into the report and not the holistic listing of items required/completed on the WO. It seems like this subject area alone in OTBI will not provide the info to satisfy the client requirement.
