Manual Picking Does Not Accept Fractional Quantities (e.g. 0.15) in Redwood Pick Screen

We are facing an issue while performing manual picking for a demand that has a fractional quantity, for example 0.15 Box.

In the Redwood Manual Pick screen, when the warehouse operator enters the fractional quantity in the Transaction Quantity field, the system rejects the value and does not allow the user to proceed with manual picking.

However, if we use Generate System Pick, the system successfully creates the pick slip and allows us to continue to the Pick Confirmation step for the same demand with the fractional quantity.

• Why does the Manual Pick option not accept fractional quantities while System Pick does?
