In Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle provides an AI Rating that compares the job description with the parsed content of a candidate’s resume. However, our business also needs to incorporate an additional file generated by Copilot, which contains key discussion points from the meeting between the hiring manager and the recruiter. This information cannot be included in the public job posting.
How can we build an agent that ranks candidates based on both the job posting description and the highlighted points from the Teams meeting generated by Microsoft Copilot, in comparison with the candidate’s resume?
