Role names in security tab are no longer viewable

Summary: When I try to add new roles to an agent using the security tabs the names are no longer viewable. I now get a huge dialog box instead of the list I used to get and the role names are no longer viewable. I have to select every role until I happen upon the one I want since the names are off the screen.

I also notice that a lot of roles that I did not Enable Permission Groups or add the 'Access Intelligent Agent Chat' privilege are now appearing in the list. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to resolve?
