Trading partner name (Manufacturer) not able to create in redwood

in Product Management

Summary:

we are using PIM and not PLM and working to migrate to redwood. in classic page, we used to create manage trading partner item, inside we have an option to create trading partner name (Manufacturer type). in redwood we don't see this option. after enabling at item level i am able to associate the existing manufacturer partners in relation ship page but not able to create new partner (manufacturer)
