Data presence indicators are not showing in item for item structure and other attributes

in Product Management

Summary:

we ran the process "Upgrade Product Management Data job" with option: Item Child Entity Presence Indicator,

added the attributes like is used item structure, has structure are not showing any values under structure tab.

we have similar problem in product management item search. we enable many other attributes not showing data presence values..
