Get development goal details - API REST getDevelopmentGoalDetails Error 403

in HCM REST APIs

Summary:

Hi Experts,

I am trying to consume the following REST API:

/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/searchDevGoals/action/getDevelopmentGoalDetails

However, I am receiving an HTTP 403 (Forbidden) error.

If I invoke this REST API instead:

/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/searchDevGoals

it works correctly and I do not encounter any issues.

Both calls are executed using the same user, authentication method, and environment.

Could you please advise if there are any additional privileges, roles, or configuration requirements needed to access the getDevelopmentGoalDetails action?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
