Move from OAS to OAC - Questions on Role and xls outputs

Summary:

We received a notification which specify that our instance will be moved to OAC in February. We have two questions:

  • Is it possible to perform the configuration of Groups for User Access in OAC before the update expected in in Feb? We will use synchronization as this is already used in the instance.
  • It is specified that it will be still possible to create report with xls format template, and only output of the same format will be deprecated: how will be managed this? It is not clear, our fear is we will need to create from scratch all the format template we have in xls format.
