Resource Exception in Published Schedule for project-based employee

As the public holiday is set up by the calendar event, the project-based employee may be required to work in the public holiday.

For Example:

The employee below will be worked on 25 Dec 2025 to 26 Dec 2025, which is public holiday. But 27 Dec 2026 will be alternative holiday for him/her.
