Learning Specialist not to able find himself as learner in any course

Summary:

Hi Team,
Learning Specialist team not able to find himself as learner in any of the course which was created in the system. The default access self service settings was set to active only, but still when the learning specialist create the learning assignment and tried to add himself as a learner in the search person area not able to find himself as learner.
