PPG value is getting stored under incorrect segments in the backend

Hi,

We are currently facing an issue where the PPG value is being stored in the incorrect backend segment. Although the PPG functional title has been configured under Segment2, we have observed that in the backend it is getting saved under Segment4.

Could you please advise if there is any scheduled process or job that needs to be run to synchronize the segment values, or if there are additional configuration steps required to ensure the data is stored correctly?
