Unable to search for inspection events
Hi Experts,
Unable to search for already created inspection events. Getting error - 'A connection to the server had failed'. Issue is happening for specific users.
Users have both Quality Analyst and Quality Engineer roles and data access. Network connection also good.
Steps to re-produce the issue
Login to Fusion Applications → Supply Chain Management → Quality Management
Select Inspection in the Search for option and click on Search.
After 5 minutes getting error mentioned in below screenshot.
Please guide us to fix the issue.
