What is the process please in Oracle Fusion to delete a specific Email or Note from the Help Desk request ( Oracle Fusion Helpdesk ) ?

It is a legislative requirement in the UK, to be able to delete data on request but no process was delivered to cover that requirement and no guidance from Oracle provided so far.
