Creating an AI powered Guided Journey and unable to select the RAG Agent

Summary: I'm following the instructions located at the address below. However, when I get to the part that attaches the RAG agent to the Guided Journey the list of agents to select from is blank. However, if I change the agent type to Workflow Agent, then the agent I created shows up as an option. Does anyone know what criteria determines if the agent will show up under RAG Agent?
