How do we retrieve click rates/metrics on Quick Actions to know which actions are not used?

Summary:

We are looking to see if we can get click rates/metrics on how many times quick actions are hit by employees. We would like to remove low usage quick actions and replace them with more impactful ones since there is a limit to how many choices we can have.

Is anyone aware of where to find this detail or have you been successful in getting these metrics?
