Getting error when trying to save OTBI report

I added an additional Legal Employer to our filter on a OTBI report and wanted to Save it, but I keep getting the following error. I even tried to do a Save As and I get the same error. This is after the 25D update. I modified reports all the time before 25D update without any issues. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
