Position Override page comes in edit offer/redraft offers and gives Error response during RESTAction

Summary:

We are getting the position override page in the EDIT/REDRAFTED offer ,when it was called out in one of the Oracle documentation that POSITION OVERIRDE would appear only during the Create offer .'

Also since this page has started coming up, it gives an error "Error response during REST Action and doesnot let the recruiters move.

Has anyone faced this?
