CCC-Probation Period Recalculation Based on Absenteeism (Full Working Days Consideration)
Summary:
We have a requirement to recalculate the employee probation period in cases where absenteeism occurs. Currently, the probation period does not adjust when an employee has absences during the probation duration.
The expectation is that the probation period should be calculated based on actual full working days, excluding any absence days, so that the probation end date is extended accordingly when absences occur.
Kindly confirm whether this functionality is feasible in Oracle HCM. If feasible, please provide the recommended configuration or steps to achieve this. If not supported, please clarify any alternative approaches or standard product limitations.
