Schedule Item Where Used for Business Intelligence and Expand Structure for Business Intelligence
Summary:
We need an advise on how best to schedule below 2 ESS jobs which are required to populate OTBI related columns(Where Used Items and BOM explosion columns).
ESS job Name :
- Item Where Used for Business Intelligence
- Expand Structure for Business Intelligence
Mandatory Parameters for both program include Org Name and Item Name. Item Name can be provided upto 4000 characters with comma separated values.
Item volume for which these jobs need to be scheduled is 100,000 for 5 Inventory Organizations. On average, if we provide 250 items in Item parameter for a single organization, it consumes 4000 characters. Based on this assumptions, we foresee more than 400 executions for these ESS jobs for a single organization. As per Oracle documentation, we can’t execute these jobs in parallel.
