How to schedule ARCS Activity Summary notifications on specific business days (BD7–BD9 / BD14–BD17)?

We are trying to understand how Oracle ARCS handles Activity Summary email notifications, and whether there is a supported way to control when these notifications are generated.

Today, users are receiving the standard ARCS Activity Summary emails (for example: “Activity Summary for Period May‑25”). These notifications are governed by the centralized Email Notification settings in ARCS. According to Oracle’s documentation, ARCS allows administrators to define default notification policies and manage late notifications, status‑change notifications, and due‑date reminders, but it does not expose a way to trigger Activity Summary emails manually or selectively on custom dates.
