Ability to set up vacation rules for other team members

Summary: We have a group of buyers and we have a situation where one of the buyers has gone on a long vacation without setting up their vacation rules. This person is in the approval hierarchy for purchase order approvals. Business is requesting that the manager role have the ability to set up vacation rule for other members ideally restricted to their own team.


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We have seen that using administrator role like IT security manager, we are able to set up vacation rule for any user. But we are unable to pin point the exact privilege which can help to give this feature to a custom role. We are looking for how to set up a role where this role can have access in BPM to set up vacation rule for other users
