Alert Composer - Print lookup values in alert template

Summary:

I have created an alert, which triggers when there is a future dated transaction for a particular set of employees. I have stored this set of employees on a common lookup and referenced the same in the filters section while creating the alert. The alert is triggering as expected, but in the alert body, I need to show the name and person number of only the employees having a future dated transaction from my lookup. How do I achieve this?
