OIC Integration Failure – SOAPException: Premature EOF Encountered

Summary:
We are intermittently receiving the following error in our integration while invoking the SOAP connection with the Run Report operation:
javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed: Premature EOF encountered
The issue does not occur consistently—sometimes the integration works as expected, and other times it fails with the above error.
We also verified the same connection and operation in other environments, and the error is not reproducible there. Additionally,
other integrations using the same SOAP connection and Run Report operation are not facing this issue, indicating that the problem is specific to this particular integration and environment.
