Getting error while running consolidate rule in Oracle FCCS at ultimate consol entity.

When I am running consolidate rule on base level entities or any subgroup it is working but when I trigger it at the consol entity it is giving the below error:
"Cannot complete operation: insufficient aggregate storage cache size"
