Notification of assigned work schedule not arriving on notification bell.

Summary:

I set up a work schedule, and when it's assigned to a collaborator, a notification should arrive via email and also on the notification bell.

It only arrives via email and in the work list. However, the notification doesn't appear on the notification bell.
