BPM Rule: Request to Disable Auto-Release Functionality for “Request for More Information

Summary: HR is facing issue when requesting for more information and the request is not responded for 2 days.

Activity:

  1. Employee Submits the ICP request
  2. Approver requests for more information using the option “Return to me”
  3. Employee doesn’t respond for 2 days
  4. 3rd day the request is released by the Workflow System automatically
  5. The request is assigned back to Approver.

Issue:

  1. The Workflow system automatically releases the request and reverts to the Approver if no response is received after 2 days on Request for More Information
