Update negotiation buyer via REST API

in Self Service Procurement

Summary:

We are on 25D and we are migrating negotiations from legacy system (eBS R12) using REST API.
As it seems that is needed to indicate only a buyer linked to the user launching the REST API (technical user for migration), we need, after the successful import, to update the buyer with the correct employee name, but this seems possible only manually updating each negotiation through Action - Reassign Owner in Manage Negotiation page.
Does anyone knows if a REST API is available to do it massively?
