Can we create a separate queue for some priority processes within the ESS

Summary:

We have few priority requests which needs to run in the system as these are dedicated for patient care , is there a way we can create a new ESS manager to run these requests dedicatedly or increase the priority of these requests so that these run uninterrupted.

The hospitals requires Pick Slip Report to run every minute but due to year end issues or other ad hoc run of extensive processes, the ess is getting choked and this processes is waiting for the other processes to complete.
