Oracle Fusion HCM Learning’s updated Completion Certificate Rule ensures that recognition is no longer hidden or overlooked—instead, learners receive immediate, visible affirmation of their success, all within the latest Redwood user experience.

What’s New – Key Improvements

The latest enhancement delivers several meaningful improvements over legacy completion certificate handling:

  • Prominently Displayed Certificates — “Share Your Success”
    Upon completing a learning item, learners are presented with a new Share Your Success section at the top of their Enrollment Details page. This section features a clear, downloadable Completion Certificate, replacing the old, easily-missed “View Certificate” action in menus.
