Is there a max number of mappings allowed by Data Exchange?

Transaction matching process where transactions from 2 sources are loaded via data exchange. The column based on which the 2 data sets get matched needs mapping: customer provided an csv file with 19800 mapping lines !!!
My plan is to load such mapping from csv in Data Exchange interface, but I get error:
