Option to hide sections and tabs in Self-paced Learning

Summary:

There are several tabs within the Self paced Learning area - The about tab displays usage metrics that we do not want to use. We feel that these would create confusion and drive traffic to the employee center. How do you hide or limit viewing this section? We also need to disable the My Career Story tab completely.
