1099 tax form B incorrect PAYEE Name

Our 1099 tax form B has an incorrect Payer Name. It just shows the address of our organization which is correct. However, the organization (PAYER'S Name) is missing. Does anyone know how to update the Payer Name in the first form box for the 1099s?
