Summary: Person LOV not appearing in Projects Personnel section of project management - handled on HCM side.

This may be a scheduled process job issue. It is working in Dev for us but not PROD.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We confirmed the persons that are adding / trying to be added have correct permissions and assignments. They are active in org hierarchy, assigned to a dept. However, no person appears in the LOV.

All organizations were converted as project owning.
