OIC Customer Managed Endpoint with ERP Adapter

Has anyone managed to set up an OIC customer managed endpoint (ie. vanity url) with the Fusion ERP Adapter? We are using calls to Fusion that utilise the callback functionality. This uses Fusion subscriptions to initiate a callback flow when an action completes in Fusion.
When enabling a customer managed endpoint, the subscriptions are duplicated for the original OIC URL and the Customer Managed endpoint and we get lots of callbacks fail with:
"Error while processing at Trigger. Error Message : TBA Token received in FA EHF Callback Request is not valid."
It works if I manually remove the subscription, running this in Fusion:
